Do you offer any training?
Yes, we offer a Bootcamp for $199. This is a popular service. We will provide one-on-one training with you and your staff to help you get the most out of Kickserv in your business. You'll get 2 hours of training over 2 sessions—one session at the start of your subscription, and one session 60 days later.
Can I limit what an employee can do in the software?
Yes. Users can be allowed to view only their assignments if you choose.
What about employees who won't use Kickserv?
You can still assign work orders to them and notify them of opportunities, reminders, jobs or tasks via text message and email. You can even have a daily schedule sent to them at the time of your choosing. You can even give them an iCal feed of all their assignments so they can use the calendar on their smartphone calendar or personal computer.
Is there a contract?
No! You can cancel at any time. We believe in earning your business each month.
