No, you can use the trial version of MicroBiz without any commitment. If you choose to convert your account to a paid plan, you simply start making monthly payments. What do I need to connect my MicroBiz Cloud POS with QuickBooks Online?
First you need either paid or trial accounts to QuickBooks and MicroBiz POS. Then you just go to the Apps.com site and login and provide authorization for the two applications to sync and begin communicating. You will then be asked to map the financial data in MicroBiz to the appropriate GL account in QuickBooks Online. No third party middleware or manual integration is required.
Does MicroBiz run both single and multi-store operations?
Yes, MicroBiz works great for both single and multi-store operations. In fact, it has many features of expensive enterprise class multi-store inventory management systems, such as special orders, store transfers, purchase orders and receiving, etc. You can even sync financial data from multiple store with QuickBooks Online.
What data is synced between MicroBiz and QuickBooks Online?
Items that automaticly sync when sending register batch data between MicroBiz and your GL accounts in QuickBooks include: Sales, Payment Types, Sales Tax, Store Credits, Gift Cards Sold, Cash Paid In/Out.
