Deep Integration with Quickbooks

Nexonia automatically syncs all customers, jobs, items, accounts, classes and locations. We also transfer expense reports into QuickBooks, with out of pocket expenses as vendor bills and credit card transactions as either credit card transactions or vendor bills. We also support debit cards via check/deposit. We have many feature options for each of the elements that we sync with QuickBooks.

Nexonia supports over 19,000 personal, business and corporate credit card automations, all daily and all fully functional. We transfer all expenses as vendor bills (accounts and items supported) or credit card transactions.

Nexonia supports over a dozen different expense policy settings per expense category/account. We also have an unlimited approval process, including routing by managers, project managers and by respecting expense approval limits.

Receipts & Maps

Nexonia supports adding receipts via upload, fax, e-mail, webcam or through our leading mobiles apps and your smartphone camera. Nexonia supports mileage maps through integrated Google Maps and date-sensitive IRS or custom mileage rates.

Do you support QuickBooks credit card transactions?
Yes, Nexonia has full support for QuickBooks credit card transactions, including customer, job, billable, GL account and vendor field support. Our credit card support is extensive, with over 19,000 banks and credit cards supported, for both personal, business and full corporate credit cards.
Do I have to set up GL accounts manually?
Nexonia's integration includes a full configuration synchronization, so GL accounts, items, customers, projects, locations, vendors and classes are automatically synced every day, plus our customer administrators can sync whenever they like.
What if I have unique needs?
Nexonia has been supporting QuickBooks for years and we have many settings for our QuickBooks integration.
