Do I have to have QuickBooks Online in order to use Novi AMS?
Yes. Associations must have an active QuickBooks Online account in order to use Novi AMS. QuickBooks Desktop is not supported. It’s no secret that cloud based software is the future. If you’re considering upgrading your association management software, we would suggest that you also update to QuickBooks Online.
How is my AMS data synced with QuickBooks Online?
The instant any financial transaction is created inside of Novi AMS, that transaction is sent to an association’s QuickBooks Online account via the QuickBooks API. Transactions created inside of QuickBooks Online are automatically synced back to Novi AMS four times per day or immediately via a manual sync button.
