Qvinci’s customizable reporting options allow you to see financial data from one or more locations in a single view. Use powerful non-financial filters to organize reports into meaningful groups (e.g. region, size). Automated file syncing and unlimited logins ensure everyone is on the same page. Accountants and bookkeepers use Qvinci to see all of their client’s individual reports without logging into multiple QuickBooks files and to provide cloud-based reporting QuickBooks Desktop clients.

Dynamic mapping to Standard Chart of Accounts (patent-pending technology).

Qvinci dynamically maps native account names from each QuickBooks file to a Standard Chart of Accounts (SCoA) for consolidation reporting. This functionality allows each location (i.e. file contributor) to continue to use their preferred account names. Account mapping to the Standard Chart of Accounts is done dynamically, as files are synced – so reports can be toggled between viewing with native or standard accounts.

Benchmark locations against Top 10%, Top 20%, and average performers.

Individual file contributors and top level management can benchmark one or more locations against top performers, for all account line items. Use the ranking and benchmarking reports to help identify best practices, see which locations need extra attention, and to improve operations.

Qvinci allows you to set goals and use email alerts to monitor key performance measures. In addition, our File Health Check feature automatically scans and identifies accounting errors across all files, for the last 36 months.
